The CIMCO Scholarship Committee receives and reviews applications submitted by members, and awards the scholarships based on the guidelines in the Bylaws & Standing Rules.

Completed applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025.
The Scholarship Committee will announce the scholarship recipients at the December CIMCO meeting.
The CIMCO Ilion Wait Crabel Memorial Scholarship is awarded for the annual Municipal Clerks of Illinois Institute & Academy seminar.
