The CIMCO Scholarship Committee receives and reviews applications submitted by members, and awards the scholarships based on the guidelines in the Bylaws & Standing Rules.

Fill out the Scholarship Application (link above) for the 2025 IIMC Annual Conference in St. Louis, MO on May 18-21, 2025.
Completed applications must be received by 5:00 P.M. on January 31, 2025.
The Scholarship Committee will announce the scholarship recipients at the February CIMCO Meeting.
The CIMCO Ilion Wait Crabel Memorial Scholarship is awarded for the annual Municipal Clerks of Illinois Institute & Academy seminar.
